My flight from Reagan National got canceled today. The travel agent that helped me re-booked a flight for tomorrow was really great with me. I'm not sure if this is his name, Sterling. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and was very patient with my requests. I would like to thank him again for his help this morning. I've used CheapoAir in the past and my experience has been positive plus the fares advertised on the site for the most part is very reasonable.
